Booking terms

Request and confirmation

Submitting the form creates a booking request, not a confirmed reservation. We have up to 12 hours to check availability and accept or decline it. The dates are provisionally held during that time.

Payment

For the flexible rate, once the request has been accepted, 20% of the total will be payable through a payment link that remains active for 6 hours. We will request the remaining 80% 15 days before arrival, and it must be paid within 48 hours. Bookings made 15 days or less before arrival must be paid in full when confirmed.

Cancellations

The flexible rate can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before check-in. Payments are not refunded when a cancellation is made after that deadline. If the final payment is not completed within the stated period, the booking may be cancelled. No refund is due for a no-show or early departure.

Non-refundable rate: this includes an additional 5% discount, is paid in full on confirmation and cannot be changed or refunded once payment has been made.

Occupancy

The apartment accommodates a maximum of four guests, including babies. Only the people named in the booking may stay at the property.

House rules

We want you to enjoy the apartment while ensuring a pleasant stay for our neighbours too. Please observe the following rules:

• No pets.
• No smoking inside the apartment.
• No parties, celebrations or events.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Please avoid any noise that could disturb neighbours during this time.
• Check-in is available from 4:00 pm and check-out is by 12 noon.
• Please respect the building’s shared areas, lift and residents throughout your stay.

A serious breach of these rules may result in the stay being ended early.
